How to Properly Use Kitwinney Plant Pulleys?
Adjusting Height: - For lighter hanging objects (less than 7 lbs), simply pull down slightly to unlock the pulley and adjust to your desired height. - For heavier hanging objects (more than 7 lbs), lift the planter to the desired height.
Locking the Pulley: - After adjusting the height, gently pull down and lift up slightly to lock the pulley in place to prevent objects from sliding down.
Real-life Usage Scenarios and Precautions:
While our plant pulleys have a load capacity of 30 lbs, it is recommended to hang plants weighing less than 20 lbs for safety. In extreme weather conditions, it is advised to remove plants from high locations to ensure safety. Please refrain from retracting the pulley when unloaded to prevent damage. If any quality issues arise within 90 days of delivery, contact us for a free replacement.
